InterJuris is a Finnish law firm specializing in international tax and legal services. The founder of the company, Marja-Leena Gutiérrez, has nearly 30 years of experience in the area.

Our clients commonly have lives or businesses that transcend borders. Therefore, we typically work with matters that require analysis from the legal perspective of both Finland and another state.

For our foreign clients, our main focus is on global mobility. We have a deep understanding of tax laws and treaties and matters of social security. In labour law, we assist our clients in complying with all legal requirements stipulated by Finnish legislation. We make sure that all relevant matters of a specific employment relationship are properly considered when drafting an employment contract. Additionally, we provide ongoing support, specifically tailored to the needs of the client.
